Eric and Zoe Martinez have been working in the restaurant industry for 14 years together. They decided to open Mixed Greens to serve fast, fresh, healthy, and delicious meals to the community. They wanted to open something that can fit everyone’s diet; gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, egg free, organic (when available). All their dressings and sauces are hand crafted made at their store. They serve delicious aqua frescas, smoothies and acai bowls all made on order. Mixed Greens serves real Fast Fresh Food and Healthy options.
