The St. George location offers a drive-thru discount pharmacy. Other locations include: 391 N. 200 W. Hurricane, on the campus of Hurricane Middle School, 245 E. 680 S. Cedar City, and 74 W. Harding Ave., Cedar City. See the same provider each time you visit. Same day/next day/walk-in/Urgent Care/Telehealth appointments. Accepts private insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare and uninsured individuals. Sliding fees for those with financial need.

Prenatal care, delivery, well child checks, women's health care, men's health care, geriatric care, counseling, dental for the insured and uninsured. Reduced price prescriptions.

A team of RN case managers assist with management and education of chronic conditions and provide hospital discharge follow-up. The Navigator team can answer your insurance questions and help ensure you get the coverage you need,
