About Us

Deseret Laboratories thrives within Utah's fastest growing community. Its location has helped make St. George the political and economic center of Southern Utah. The company was founded under the name of Standard Gypsum Products, Inc., in 1983. By 1991, the company blossomed into a full scale provider of: research and development, granulation, tableting, encapsulation, tablet coating and packaging services, and became known as Deseret Laboratories, Inc. This change was followed shortly thereafter by the construction of Phase I of their new state-of-the-art production facility. With the latest of multiple additions, Deseret Laboratories provides approximately 130,000 square feet from which to deliver agglomeration, instatization, blending, tableting, hard shell encapsulation, coating and packaging to its valued customers.
