Utah Concealed Carry Class
To get a Utah Concealed Carry Perm (CHP), you need to attend a class with a Utah Certified CHP instructor. Class takes about 4 1/2 hours. The Utah CHP class does not require any range time, but for those who wish to get some handgun instruction, a free hour of range time is included.
