The Nutcracker Ballet
The St. George Ballet Company in association with Westside Studio of Performing Arts, under the direction of Sheila Bailey, has enjoyed putting on the annual production of The Nutcracker Ballet for 13 Christmas seasons. Many families have made attending The Nutcracker a part of their Christmas tradition. Grown-ups and children will delight in this whimsical story where mice and soldiers battle before Clara and her Prince continue into the Snow Kingdom and the Land of the Sweets to visit the Sugar Plum Fairy. The St. George Ballet Company invites everyone to attend the full length Nutcracker Ballet. The Nutcracker shows are December 18th through the 20th at Desert Hills High School Theatre at 7:30 p.m. with a matinee on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available online at westsidestudio.org/tickets or call 435-674-9728.
