Dixie Garden Club

The monthly meeting of the Dixie Garden Club will take place on Wednesday February 15, 1 p.m. at the Star Nursery located at 1335 S. Dixie Dr., St. George. Andy Andrews will speak on the various species of ground-covers and their watering, fertilizing and lighting needs. A question and answer period will follow the presentation. Andrews has worked in the nursery, garden and landscape industries for almost 50 years, He is also a certified 'Master Gardener' and a certified 'Utah Nurseryman' and a member of the 'Utah Landscape Association'. He also does gardening related seminars at the Star Nursery on Sunset Boulevard. The meeting is open to the public, free of charge.
