SUMMARY:The Nutcracker Ballet
DESCRIPTION:The St. George Ballet Company in association with Westside Studio of Performing Arts\, under the direction of Sheila Bailey\, has enjoyed putting on the annual production of The Nutcracker Ballet for 12 Christmas seasons in southern Utah. Many families have made attending The Nutcracker a part of their Christmas tradition. Grown-ups and children will delight in seeing the mice and soldiers in battle before Clara continues into the Snow Kingdom and the Land of the Sweets to visit the Sugar Plum Fairy. Dancers from around the world entertain the Nutcracker Prince and Clara along with bringing smiles to the faces of all involved. The St. George Ballet Company invites everyone to attend the full length Nutcracker Ballet. The Nutcracker begins at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th\, 13th and 14th at Desert Hills Theater. A matinee performance is on December 14th at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available at westsidestudio.org/tickets or call 674-9728.
